Returns Policy

WHAT cannot be returned?
All Keihin and Mikuni Jets/Needles are non-refundable due to some people who drill them out, test and tune them, etc. Show and Go Pty Ltd has no control over jets/needles once they leave. No exchanges or returns for any Jets/Needles.

Additional non-returnable items:

•  All Carburetor Parts including Jets, Needles, Carburetors, etc
• Second-Hand Motorcycle Parts
• Gift cards
• Downloadable software products

WHEN do items need to be returned by?
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

WHERE do items need to be returned to?

Send Parcels to either

PO BOX 2173, Warradale North, SA, 5046

or

2/52 Oaklands Rd, Somerton Park, SA, 5044

You will be advised to send it to either location depending on the size and quantity of the return.

HOW do customers return items?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with evidence of purchase (Recept).

SHIPPING for returns?
Original shipping rates are not refundable and the customer will have to pay for the return (Will pay for a return if the wrong product was sent)

CREDIT for returns?
The customer is credited for the returned item if wished within the 30-day return Period.

Instore return option?
Customers can return items to the physical store - 2/52 Oaklands Rd, Somerton Park, SA, 5044.

Packing materials?
Items will need to be in original packaging for returns to be accepted.
